What it really costs
Where Statuspage pricing jumps
Features are tied to big tiers
SMS, webhooks and custom CSS need Startup ($99). Component-level subscriptions need Business ($399). Going from 1,001 to 5,000 subscribers means a 4× price increase.
Public and private pages add up
A Startup public page plus a Starter private page is $178/month. Business public plus Growth private is $648/month.
Monitoring is not included
Statuspage shows status; it doesn't check your endpoints. Most teams also pay for a separate uptime monitoring tool.
Annual billing is manual
Prices are listed monthly. Yearly billing needs a signed order form, and invoicing is limited to Enterprise and some private plans.
